Recorded in Havana and Amsterdam this CD could be called "Santeria roots music meets Eurojazz." Flautist Mark Lotz and other European jazz musician work with Cuban vocalists and percussionists to produce a meeting of Afro-cuban rhythms and melodies with modern jazz and world music (listen to "Raga Columbiana" for example). Released in Europe by Loplop Records and in North America by Random Chance.
